Who operates the service
KeptStars is a brand of Webify Inc., a US company. For questions or requests about your data, email ron@webify.io.
Designs and orders
We use the event details and wording you enter to create your artwork. Your email is used for order confirmation and private access links. Stripe handles payment; we do not receive your full card number. Resend sends order emails. Our rendering service prepares your files. For print orders, we collect the delivery address through Stripe and share it, the recipient name and order contact details with Prodigi to produce and deliver your print.
Drafts are kept in your browser tab and, when saved, linked to a browser session for 30 days. Order access links expire after 30 days. Access expiry does not delete purchase records; these may be retained for order support, refunds, and accounting obligations.
Location search
When you search for a place, we send your query to Geoapify to find its location and time zone. Use a city or public place if an exact street address is unnecessary. We do not send your design names, dedications, or dates to advertising tools.
Optional analytics and advertising
Google Analytics measures usage and confirmed purchases if you allow analytics. Google Ads and Meta can measure campaigns and create retargeting audiences if you allow advertising. Only configured tools you permit are loaded. Declining does not prevent a purchase. We respect Global Privacy Control for advertising.
Tracking excludes email addresses, design wording, precise locations, and private-link tokens. You can withdraw permission through Cookie preferences in the footer. Essential cookies for saved designs, security, and orders remain.
Your requests
Email ron@webify.io to request access, correction, deletion, or raise an objection. We may need information to verify that the request relates to your data. Some records must be retained where required by law. Service providers may process data outside your country.
