We use a star catalogue and your chosen date, time and coordinates to calculate positions. The examples show rendered artwork with the Milky Way and other celestial elements; the designer uses a simpler chart preview.
It is not a photograph of the past: it does not recreate clouds or light pollution. The Moon and planets, when shown, are enlarged for the composition.
How we represent the skyWhat comes with the download?
A final PDF and PNG at your chosen dimensions. Printing and framing are separate. The free layout preview helps you check the composition; it is not the final artwork.
Can I download it instantly?
Artwork is prepared after payment is confirmed. We email a private link so you can review and approve the proof, then download your files. We do not promise instant delivery or a specific completion time.
Where can I print it?
Use a local print shop, or your own printer if it supports the dimensions and paper. Confirm the size, margins, and turnaround with the printer before relying on a gift deadline.
How much does it cost?
One sky costs $19.90. Two to six skies in one composition cost $24.90. Applicable taxes are included. Printing and framing cost extra.
