Yes. The planned digital option is a final PDF and PNG, with printing and framing paid for separately. The current preview download is not that final product.
The date, local time, time zone, latitude and longitude determine the calculated view. Names and dedications change the design, not the astronomical positions.
Yes. Edit the event details, wording, colours and fonts. You can also change the sky count, arrangement, orientation and selected layers. A template is a starting point.
