Who operates the service

KeptStars is a brand of Webify Inc., a US company. For questions or requests about your data, email ron@webify.io.

Designs and orders

We use the event details and wording you enter to create your artwork. Your email is used for order confirmation and private access links. Stripe handles payment; we do not receive your full card number. Resend sends order emails. Our rendering service prepares your files. We currently sell digital files only and do not request a shipping address. Stripe may request billing details to process payment and tax.

Drafts are kept in your browser tab and, when saved, linked to a browser session for 30 days. Order access links expire after 30 days. Access expiry does not delete purchase records; these may be retained for order support, refunds, and accounting obligations.

For order support, we record measurement permission at checkout and technical reasons that prevent preparing a purchase report. We also record authorized requests for final files, their format and response time; this does not prove the file was saved or opened. These operational records do not include IP addresses or design content.

When you request an artwork preview before purchase, we send your design to our private rendering service and cache a small preview linked to your session. Usage limits use hashed network identifiers; your design is not sent to analytics tools.

Location search

When you search for a place, we send your query to Geoapify to find its location and time zone. Use a city or public place if an exact street address is unnecessary. We do not send your design names, dedications, or dates to advertising tools.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics measures usage and confirmed purchases if you allow analytics. Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta can measure campaigns and create retargeting audiences if you allow advertising. Only configured tools you permit are loaded. Declining does not prevent a purchase. We respect Global Privacy Control for advertising.

If you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity can record clicks, scrolling and interactions on selected supported-market public pages and designers. Personal design details, dates, locations and the preview are masked. Checkout, order, download and administration pages are excluded from recordings. Recordings help us find usability problems.

For purchases with analytics permission, we may send the confirmed order from our server to Google Analytics with browser and session identifiers, amount, currency and tax. We do not include your email or design content. Those identifiers are removed from the sending queue after submission or when retries expire.

With analytics permission, we keep the last observed campaign details in this browser, including when you return in another tab, and attach them to your order at checkout. Advertising click identifiers require advertising permission. Attribution expires after 30 days; expired data is removed when records are accessed or another checkout starts. Withdrawing permission removes optional data from this browser. We do not retain complete page URLs or private access keys in these records.

Tracking excludes plain-text email addresses, design wording, precise locations and private-link tokens. You can withdraw permission through Cookie preferences in the footer. Essential cookies for saved designs, security and orders remain.

How Google uses data from sites that use its services

With advertising permission, we may also send Google Ads the order ID, purchase time, value, currency and an ad-click identifier recorded with permission from our server. This helps measure purchases even if you do not return after payment. The same order ID helps prevent duplicate counting. We do not send names, plain-text email addresses or design details.

If you allow advertising, we may send Google Ads a one-way hash of your checkout email to match confirmed purchases to ads. We never send the email in plain text or your design details. Existing choices made before this notice do not enable email matching.

Your requests

Email ron@webify.io to request access, correction, deletion, or raise an objection. We may need information to verify that the request relates to your data. Some records must be retained where required by law. Service providers may process data outside your country.
