Match the file to a frame
Check dimensions before buying a frame or paying a printer. KeptStars offers 30×40cm, 50×70cm, A3 and A2 in the selected orientation. These are sizes to choose from, not a promise that every size comes in one download. A PDF extension alone does not guarantee lossless enlargement.
Open the calculator →Know the steps after payment
KeptStars prepares the final artwork after payment. You inspect the proof, approve it and download PDF and PNG. If something needs correction, contact support before approval. This does not promise unlimited self-service editing. Read any provider’s correction and download instructions before buying.
Choose one moment or several
One sky suits one date. KeptStars can combine two to six skies: for example, a first meeting, wedding and birth. That is an illustrative idea, not a customer story. Compare the layout you actually want; we have not established every competitor’s multi-map options.
How our sky works →Compare the final offer for your country
The table keeps the currencies shown by the sources without conversion or a price ranking. Confirm the final amount, selected size and correction policy. For a same-day gift, leave time for file preparation, approval and local printing.
Questions before choosing a digital star map
Does a digital star map include a printed poster?
A digital-only offer supplies a file. Printing, framing and print-shop fees are separate unless explicitly included.
Is PDF better than PNG or JPG?
Ask your printer which format it accepts. Dimensions and resolution matter more than the extension alone. KeptStars supplies PDF and PNG.
What if I do not know the exact time?
A sky calculation still needs a time. KeptStars uses a labelled 22:00 local reference when you do not know it. This is an illustrative choice, not the unknown event’s exact time.
Which brand is the cheapest?
We have not established a universal cheapest option. These prices involve different currencies, promotions and packages. Compare current totals for your country and requirements.
